Transforming Health to create Wholeness

I am a Mother, Sister, Daughter, Friend and Earth Medicine Keeper, Chrissy  Bear. I have gathered many tools to aid in my Expansion and my craft as a Life Expansion Coach. Mindful eating helped me tune into my being with more depth and build a close relationship with courage. 

My grand rite of passage into the direct relationship with Source & Earth based mothering was when I chose to birth my three daughters unassisted. By putting my life & that of my children directly in the hands of Nature, I accepted the Stewardship path and part of that mission is to stand as a firm Pilar and hold space for others coming into this awareness and connection. I hold space for our Ancestral memory to be present and have a voice in Balanced unfolding of One's unique Soul Song.

Plant based diet for over 20 years, Herbalism Apprenticeship, Astrological/ Metaphysical Certifications and other holistic healing methods allows to guide you on this journey to create wellbeing . My client success stories reflect my ability to, time after time, help clients improve  their health and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction.

My extensive experience with a plant based diet for over 20 years, as a Vegan Chef, as a Nutrition Coach, Public Speaker, Astral bridge builder through the Dream space & as an Herbalist using Metaphysics, all help me guide clients in improving their Wholistic health to achieve a higher level of balance in life. My purpose with clients is to help you remember all the answers lie within you.
